	Excel Sports Coaching Terms and conditions of trading: Excel Sports Coaching Booking Terms & Conditions Excel Sports Coaching Bookings Excel Sports Coaching offers an online booking service, once the booking form has been completed and submitted, payment in full received and the booking validated by Excel Sports Coaching you will be sent confirmation of your booking via the email address you have provided. Bookings are subject to our website terms and conditions which are hereby incorporated. Receiving email acknowledgement of payment is confirmation of your request to book a child on a Excel Sports Coaching activity. For safety reasons we can only guarantee a place on ANY camp or course to those booking in advance. Those that arrive on the day will not be guaranteed a place on the activity. Before booking please ensure your child is able to attend the activity and meets the conditions for such event as listed on our website. All bookings once made and confirmed by us are final and non-refundable unless you have paid for payment protection with us at the time of booking which allows you to change or cancel a booking. If you have not taken payment protection with us and you want to change the booking please notify Excel Sports Coaching as soon as possible giving full reasons why. Excel Sports Coaching will at its discretion try and accommodate any request to change a date or venue, please note any change will be subject to an administrative fee. Promotions Excel Sports Coaching from time to time offers promotions in the event that you have been issued with a promotional code this code must be redeemed and used in accordance with the terms and conditions of that promotion and these terms and conditions. Payment Excel Sports Coaching accepts credit/debit card as methods of payment but all credit/debit card payments are subject to a 49p charge which will be added to your booking. Telephone bookings are subject to an additional £3.50 administration charge which we will advise you of and which will be added to your booking. Child Protection All Excel Sports Coaching staff hold current child protection and CRB certification. In the event that a child makes a disclosure or a member of staff believes that the child is suffering from abuse we will act in accordance with our child protection policy, a copy is available on request. Film/Photography Excel Sports Coaching may from time to time take photographs/film of Excel Sports Coaching camps and clubs, the use of this data is solely for the purpose of promoting and publicising Excel Sports Coaching events through Excel Sports Coaching literature, website, press and TV. Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be photographed/filmed must make Excel Sports Coaching aware of this at the time of booking or in writing before the activity starts (where possible Excel Sports Coaching will inform parents/guardians at the start of a camp). Excel Sports Coaching will hold all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Personal Property Excel Sports Coaching cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending a Excel Sports Coaching event. Please ensure that no valuables are taken to the venue by your children. Health & Safety A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a new venue. Excel Sports Coaching coaches hold a current emergency aid certificate issued by an appropriate body. For safety reasons it is compulsory for all attendees to wear shin pads on a Excel Sports Coaching Camp which involves football, hockey or another contact sport. Excel Sports Coaching reserves the right to refuse permission to participate for any child not wearing shin protection. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and/or available for their child for the activity provided and weather conditions. Medical information Any medical conditions that participant may have must be fully disclosed (1) at the time of booking in writing to Excel Sports Coaching at registration and (2) to the lead coach on the camp or at the venue. Liability Excel Sports Coaching only accepts liability for personal injury or death of any participant attending a Excel Sports Coaching activity directly caused by its negligence or negligence of its staff. Programme Changes In the event that Excel Sports Coaching has to cancel an event for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the person who booked, no written request is required. In the event of inclement weather, all Excel Sports Coaching events have suitable indoor areas to change, meet and eat lunch, and suitable indoor activities will be organised to replace the outdoor activities at the discretion of Excel Sports Coaching staff. Policies & Procedures Copies of Excel Sports Coaching’s policies and procedures are available upon request. Complaints In the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please in the first instance raise it with the activities senior coach at the event. He/she will deal will the problem in accordance with our policies and procedures. If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction then please write to our customer services team info@excelsportscoaching.co.uk within 7 days of child’s attendance on the course. We take your views and complaints very seriously and will endeavour to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. Refunds will only be issued if Excel Sports Coaching is proven to be in breach of our terms & conditions. Camp shop Excel Sports Coaching offers a variety of products at lunch and break time for participants of courses which may be bought. Items include fresh fruit, non-fizzy drinks, crisps and confectionary. Excel Sports Coaching’s healthy eating policy is reinforced throughout our camps and courses and on literature. Staff will encourage children to eat their packed lunches before buying from the camp shop. The information on this site is updated regularly. However, we hereby exclude any warranties (whether expressed or implied) as to the quality, accuracy, efficacy, completeness, performance, and fitness for a particular purpose of the site.
