Each class will begin with a warm-up to gently stretch and awaken every part of your body. Pole techniques constitute the main part of the lesson with floor moves added which develop around your personal strengths and abilities as you progress. At the end of each course you will know a selection of pole dancing routines. The session concludes with warm down exercises and a few minutes mediation.These classes are for you and about you.

Pay As You Go Lesson (Woman only)
This is a new course for people who want to dip in and out of pole dancing. The course will be run on first come first serve basis and skill levels will be mixed. Meditaion six week course
Mediation six week course will start on February 7th 2010, (5-6pm) Create the perfect end to January.
