Terms and conditions of trading:

All courses are booked for the specified dates above and are non-transferable. No course booking is confirmed before payment is received.
Only one Voucher Code can be used when booking your Kitesurfing Lessons.
The minimum number of students for courses to go ahead is 3. If only 1 student is booked onto a course, Isle Of Man Kitesurfing will notify the student booked in and arrange another date for his/her course to commence.
The student may cancel the booking at any time up to 28 days prior to the course start date by either going on-line and changing the date of the course or calling Isle Of Man Kitesurfing to arrange a different date. The students account will then be credited with the amount due to them minus an administrative charge of £50 GBP.
Isle Of Man Kitesurfing will provide tuition and all the equipment required for the student to undertake the course except boots and gloves.
The student must accept that all courses are weather dependent and that this may adversely affect your course. If in the judgement of the instructors a course is unable to start due to the weather conditions, or because safety could be compromised for any reason, students will be offered a credit in respect of any days owed to them. It is then the responsibility of the student to contact Isle Of Man Kitesurfing within 3 months to re-arrange their booking. No refunds will be paid. In the event of a course that has started being abandoned through changing weather conditions, students will be offered where possible the following:
• On a day course where a half-day is lost, a half-day will be offered on a future course that has unfilled places. A part course in-fill does not have priority over a full course place.
• On a part completed two-day course (day and a half or less) an in-fill on the final day of a future course will be offered, again with no priority over a full course place.
Students will be notified as soon as possible when in-fill places become available. If needed extra training days will be provided by North Wales Kiteboarding to make sure all students complete their courses.
All decisions regarding the running or cancellation of any course are at the absolute discretion of Isle Of Man Kitesurfing whose decision shall be final.
Students are required to notify Isle Of Man Kitesurfing on the attached form at the time of booking the course of any medical condition suffered by them that may be relevant to the activity to be undertaken on the course. All information given will be treated with strict confidentiality.
Students must be aware that Kitesurfing is potentially dangerous and is undertaken entirely at the student’s own risk. By ticking the box on the booking page the student confirms that he/she has read and understood these booking conditions and accept the same.
